Nancy Munro interviewed Rosemary Swierk, founder and CEO of Direct Steel, a manufacturer of metal buildings. Rosemary provides us with an interesting approach to getting a business up and running through partnerships. Her past work performance helped her to build a strong reputation for doing hard work which was keen factor in starting her business through Varco Pruden.
